The Caves in NZ and Japan

What do you think this is? Do you think these are star? In fact, this is fly larva called glowworms. When I look this picture at first, I couldn’t believe it is fly larva. You can watch it in Waitomo. Waitomo is a town where is in West part of North island of New Zealand. In Waitomo, there are three caves which names are Glowworm Cave, Aranui Cave, and Ruakuri Cave. You can enjoy tour and some activities like a shearing of rabbits, rafting, and so on. The glowworm is living in all three caves, and there is course which is in forest which is out of caves. I would like to watch it live.

I also researched about a cave in Japan. The name of cave is Suse-ja-ana. It is in Aichi, Toyohashi. It is a country-designated historic site. It is said that someone live in this cave in the Jomon period. The earthenware and some instruments such as stoneware and bone or horn implement was dug up, and also discovered food leftovers. There are some legends that large snake had lived, and it is hence the name Suse-ja-ana. Besides this, there is buried money which was war funds of Katuyori Takeda.
